The Senior Partner is a time served plumber of the old school with more than 40 year experience. He has been a member of the Institute of Plumbing Heating Engineering since his time as an apprentice. With regular training to keep all qualifications up to date. He also has qualifications in building surveying and teaching.

Another member of the family, also a registered plumber holds Corgi (gas), and Oftec (oil) qualifications as well as general plumbing. All Corgi and Oftec qualifications have to be re assessed every few years. At present he is Chairman of the local branch of the Institute of Plumbing and Heating Engineering.

The office is run by another family member who is well qualified in modern techniques of office management.
